为什么灯光要跟着太阳走？
</h2><p>人类的生物钟（昼夜节律）是由光照调节的。白天高色温（冷白光）让我们清醒、专注；夜晚低色温（暖黄光）帮助身体分泌褪黑素，准备入睡。</p>
<p>但现代人晚上开灯都是同样的色温——无论白天黑夜，灯一开就是 6500K 冷白光。这会抑制褪黑素分泌，影响睡眠质量。</p>
<p><strong>解决方案</strong>：让智能灯自动根据时间调整色温和亮度，模拟自然光的节奏变化。</p>
